摘要
运用实验和理论研究的方法 ,对健身器材进入学校体育课的必要性和可行性进行探讨 ,指出 :健身器材进入学校体育课是学生身心发展的需要、学校体育发展的需要、奠定学生终身体育基础的需要 ,在学校体育理论和方法上、内容和形式上、资金和场地上是可行的。
The necessity and feasibility of applying fitness equipments in school physical education courses were discussed by means of experiment and theoretical study. It was pointed out that to apply fitness equipments in school physical education courses is needed for the physical and mental development of students, the development of school physical education and the establishment of the foundation of lifelong physical education in students. And it is feasible in respect of the theory and methods, contents and forms of school physical education as well as funds and grounds.
