摘要
本文报导了苯酐(邻苯二甲酸酐)混合气在平板表面的传热传质过程。并对平板表面的传热传质机理进行了研究,根据凝华特性研究了平板表面凝华固体苯酐层厚度,密度以及导热系数随着凝华时间而变化的关系,对不同的苯酐混合气进气浓度和流速进行了平板凝华实验,实验还观察了结酐厚度和密度随时间的变化情况,以探讨强化凝华传热传质的途径。
The heat and mass transfer in Phthalic Anhydride (PA) desublimation process on plate has been studied experimentally. The mechanism of heat and mass transfer on the surface of plate has been investigated. In the PA production process the gaseous PA vapor mixture desublimating on the surface of cooling plate, and forming a solid PA layer. The thickness of desublinating PA layer is increasing with time, and density and thermal coductivity is changed with time too. Authors have made desublimating experiments,with different inlet gaseous velocity and consistency,and explored the way to enhance desublimation process.
