摘要
由于射孔器材的耐温、耐压性能指标不够 ,使火工品中途爆燃 ,造成塔参 1井射孔失败。经对火工品地面耐温、耐压实验分析 ,确定了超高温、高压井射孔器材的选用标准 ,研制出了超高温的火工器材。采用新研制的国产超高温火工器材对塔参 1井重新测试 ,射孔弹发射率 10 0 %。
Because of the index lack of the perforating equipment heat resistance and pressure resistance, the hot work material was deflagrated on the midway and it led to the perforating failure of the well Tacan1. Through ground experiment analysis to the high heat resistance and high pressure resistance of the hot work material, Selection standard of the super-high heat resistance and high pressure resistance perforating equipment is confirmed and the very high heat resistance hot work material is developed. The emissivity of the penetrating charge can reach 100% by using the super-high heat resistance hot wok equipment developed in China newly.
