自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗多发性骨髓瘤(1例报告及文献复习) 被引量:3

摘要 目的 报道 1例多发性骨髓瘤 (MM)IgG型Ⅱa期患者 ,经联合化疗 ,成功行自体外周血造血干细胞移植的治疗经过 ,并结合文献资料探讨其治疗特点。方法  1例MM患者经过 4次联合化疗、3次共 2 35 0ml的血浆置换等治疗 ,用CMOP方案加rhG CSF进行自体外周血造血干细胞的动员 ,采集获得外周血单个核细胞 (MNC) 4 .7X10 8 kg ,CD34 +细胞 5 .5X 10 6 kg。经MC方案行预处理后 ,回输外周血造血干细胞 ;+8d骨髓造血功能恢复。结果 经上述治疗 ,患者的骨痛、贫血症状消失 ,血浆球蛋白由12 3g L降至正常 (2 4g L) ,骨髓瘤细胞从 0 .5 0 5至完全消失 ,移植后随访 ,患者病情稳定 ,各项检测指标正常。结论 本例患者经自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗 。
