摘要
目的探讨何首乌对抗D -半乳糖所致亚急性衰老的机制。方法将小鼠 30只随机分为 3组 :对照组、衰老模型组和何首乌治疗组。衰老模型组、何首乌治疗组用D 半乳糖皮下注射 ,1次 /d ,连续 6周造成小鼠衰老。第 3周时 ,何首乌治疗组给小鼠灌胃何首乌。第 6周末处死。测定不同组织脂褐质 (lipofuscin ,LPF)、Na+ /K+ ATP酶 (Na+ /K+ ATPase)、超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutase ,SOD)和丙二醛含量。结果何首乌可降低小鼠脑组织和肾组织的LPF含量 ,升高心肌Na+ /K+ ATPase活性和肝脏SOD活性。结论何首乌具有抗衰老作用 。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of R adix Polygonum multiflorum (RPM)on sub acute aging mice induced by D galactose.MethodsMice were divided randomly into three groups: control group, model group and RPM group. Mice in model group and RPM group were subcutaneously injected with D galactose for 6 weeks.Beginning from the third week of D galactose treatment,mice in RPM group were orally administrated with RPM. The mice were killed at the end of the sixth week. The level of lipofuscin(LPF) and malondialdehyde(MDA) as well as the activeties of Na +/K + ATPase and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measured. ResultsRPM could decrease the level of LPF in brain and kidney,enhance the activities of Na +/K + ATPase in heart and SOD in liver.ConclusionRPM has some anti aging effects on sub acute aging mice.
