摘要
让文、理、医、工、农等多种学科互为背景,是创新思想和创新能力形成的重要条件。鉴于我国部分医学院校在人文社科教育等方面存在的问题,文章认为,医学院校应积极融入到综合性或多科性大学中去;要倡导和建立一种教师对学生的人文关怀风气与制度;适当延长学制和实行弹性学制;要借鉴国外经验,通过立法和政府政策,提高人文学科课程在医学教育中的比例;要重点发挥专业课教师在专业教学中开展人文教育和思想品德教育的潜力,有意识地去培养这种能力,并把它看作是21世纪教师一种必备的能力。
It is an important condition for the f ormation of creative ideas and abilities to keep all kinds of disci-plines,such as Literature,Science,Medicine,Industry and Agriculture,as mut ual background.In view of the problems existed in the humane and sc ientific education of medical colle ge in China,the author holds that med ical colleges should merge into the unive rsities and we should advocate and establish a kind of atmosphere and system of teachers' caring for students;properly prolo ng the period of schooling,and imple ment elastic period of schooling;dr aw lessons fromforeign experience,an d through legislation and governmen tal policy,improve the proportion o f the courses of humanities in medical education.We also emphasize that the professio nal teachers should develop the pote ntial of humane education and ideological ed ucation,consciously cultivate thi s ability and regard it as the essenti al ability for the teachers of the 21st century.
