摘要
研究了酚酞(PP),4,4'-二羟基二苯硫醚(Bis—T),4,4'-二氯二苯砜(DCDPS)三元共聚物(PP/Bis-T)PES的聚合反应过程,热性能及部分力学性能。适宜的聚合温度为185~195℃。(PP/Bis—T)PES属于均相无规共聚物。共聚物具有良好的热稳定性、良好的机械性能。
The polycondensation process of phenolphthalein (PP), 4, 4'—thiobisphenol(Bis—T), 4,4'—dichlorodiphenylsulfone(DCDPS)tripolymer and its thermal and partial mechanical properties had been studied, respectively. The reaction process shows that the proper polycondensation temperature is 185℃~195℃. (PP/Bis—T) PES had been proved to be of homophase copolymer with random structure,together with good high—temperature resistance and excellent mechanical performance.
