摘要
金叶连翘 (Forsythiakoreanna‘SauonGold’)引自荷兰 ,是一种具有较高观赏价值的木本花卉 .为加速其在城市园林绿化中的应用 ,采用植物离体培养技术进行快速繁殖 ,并在离体培养过程中对试管苗的生根、移栽基质及影响试管苗移栽成活率的相关问题进行了试验研究 .结果表明 :在金叶连翘的试管苗诱导生根时 ,因采用不同的生长素 ,生根的结果不同 ,从而影响移栽成活率 .用 1 2MS +IBA0 5+NAA0 1 进行生根培养 ,较单一使用一种生长素诱导生根效果更好 ,有利于提高移栽成活率 .移栽基质分别采用 10 0 %蛭石、10 0 %珍珠岩 (粗颗粒、细颗粒 )、蛭石∶珍珠岩(1∶1) ,结果珍珠岩作为基质 ,成活率最高 ,其中又以粗颗粒的珍珠岩基质最好 ,移栽成活率可达 97.2 % .
Forsythia koreanna ‘SauonGold’ came from the Netherlands. The Forsythia koreanna ‘SauonGold’ was propagated by tissue culture in vitro. Rooting in tube, media of transplantation and survival rate of transplantation were also studied in this experiment. The results show that the facfors affecting the survival rate are different in hormone,type of root and media. 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 +NAA 0.1 is better for rooting in vitro. Plantlets were transplanted with different kinds of media: 100% vermiculite, 100% perlite and vermiculite∶perlite (1∶1), the 100% perlite is better than others. Coarse perlite is the best and the survival rate is 97.2%.
