金针菇深层发酵生产SCP研究

摘要 利用正交试验对金针菇深层发酵生产 SCP的工艺条件进行了优化 .生物量达到 4.68g/1 0 0 m L发酵液 ,SCP达 2 1 .56g/1 0 0 g干细胞 .用微机对数据进行处理 。 In this paper, the technology conditions of which collybia velutipes produce the SCP in the course of submerged fermentation are selected by orthoyonal experiment. An optimum technology condition is gained. The biomass is raised to 5%. The content of the SCP is raised to 21.56%. The experimental data were analysed through computer and the regression equations were obtained by which biomass changed with time.
