摘要
薄煤层工作面综采机械化装备配套要合理科学 ,以便各设备的结构尺寸达到最优的配合状态。分析介绍了滚筒装煤、最大采煤高度、薄煤层输送机、薄煤层对采煤机的要求等问题。认为 :滚筒装煤问题是装备能否达到良好综合配套性能的关键所在。
Equipment matching should be done on scientific and rational basis especially for the fully mechanized longwalling equipment for use in low coal seams. This is to achieve an optimized matching of the dimensions of the equipment used. This paper discusses coal cutting drum, coal loading, maximum coal cutting height, low coal seam conveyor and how the low coal seams restrict the use of coal shearers. The paper thus holds that the cutting drum coal loading presents the crux for a perfect matching of all mining equipment used in low seams. Finally, the paper also introduces the case of the application of relevant low coal seam fully mechanized longwalling equipment used in Xiandewang coal mine.
