摘要
论文简要介绍了一种新型耐变频纳米绝缘漆的制备方法 ,及其添加剂二氧化钛基纳米复合颗粒的制备过程。试验结果表明 ,二氧化钛基纳米复合颗粒能够大幅度提高普通绝缘树脂 PAI的耐变频寿命 。
This paper introduces the way of producing a new type high frequency resistant insulating varnish, and the preparation process of its additive materials, a kind of nanometer titanium dioxide composite material, are also presented. Experiment results indicate that titanium dioxide composite particles can prolong the aging life of common insulation resin PAI under high frequency conditions. Using this new type of insulation varnish, a new kind of enameled magnet wire was produced, and the wire common properties were tested according to the criterions of related national standard.
