摘要
介绍以补偿式微压计作为压力标准器来校验高精度的微 (差 )压变送器的一种新方法 ,并依据JJF10 5 9- 1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》 ,对其校验系统的测量不确定度进行了分析 ,并举例说明不确定度评定方法。理论和实践均证明该方法经济实用 。
A new method of inspecting the higher precision micro pressure(differential pressure) transmitters with compensated micro manometer as pressure standards is presented.According to JJF1059-1999《Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement》,the uncertainty of pressure transmitter inspection device is analyzed and some examples are given to illustrate the evaluation procedures.It is proved to be economical and practicable and meets the need of inspecting the higher precision of micro pressure transmitter.
