胰腺癌组织中Kail基因表达及其与p53、E-cad表达的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究转移抑制基因Kail在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其与p5 3、E -钙黏附素 (E -cad)表达的相关关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学PicTureTM二步法 ,检测 12例正常胰腺组织中Kail以及 47例胰腺癌组织中Kail、p5 3及E -cad的表达情况。结果  12例正常胰腺组织中Kail阳性表达率为 83 .3 % (10 /12 ) ;47例胰腺癌组织中Kail、p5 3及E -cad阳性表达率分别为 5 1.1%(2 4/2 7)、46.8% (2 2 /47)和 46.8% (2 2 /47)。Kail的表达与淋巴结和肝转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与肿瘤直径、组织学分级、侵袭能力以及 1年生存率无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。Kail表达与E -cad表达呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与 p5 3表达无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 Kail和E Objective To investigate Kail expression and its correlation with p53 and E cad in pancreatic carcinomas.Methods Immunohistochemistry staining(PicTure TM two steps method) was used to detect Kail?p53 and E cad expressions in 47 paraffin embeded pancreatic carcinomas and 12 normal pancreatic tissues.Results The rate of Kail expression in normal pancreases was 83.3%(10/12);The rate of Kail?p53 and E cad expression in 47 pancreatic carcinomas was 51.1%(24/47),46.8%(22/47)and 46.8% (22/47) respectively.The significant relationship was observed between Kail expression and lymph nodes and liver metastasis( P <0.05,respectively),and no significant association with the size,invasion differentiation and 1 year survival rate of patients was shown( P >0.05,all).There was a positive relationship between Kail and E cad( P <0.05).Conclusion The abnomal expression of Kail and E cad gene may coexist in the metastasis of pancreatic carcinomas.
