摘要
在强酸性介质中,基于初生态Mn(Ⅲ)直接氧化头孢拉定产生强化学发光,将在线恒电流电解产生Mn(Ⅲ)与流动注射技术结合,建立了流动注射电化学发光法测定头孢拉定的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定头孢拉定的线性范围为5.0×10-7~1.0×10-5g/mL,检出限为2.1×10-8g/mL,相对标准偏差为1.8%(n=11,c=2 0×10-6g/mL).所拟方法已用于针剂和胶囊中头孢拉定含量的测定.
A novel flowinjection chemiluminescence determination of cephradine is developed based a direct chemiluminescence reaction of cephradine with Mn(Ⅲ) in acid solution. Mn(Ⅲ) is produced by galvanostatic electrolysis online in 3.0 mol/L sulfuric acid solution containing 0.20 mol/L MnSO4. Under the optimum conditions, the liner range for cephradine is from 1.0×10-7g/mL to 5.0×10-5g/mL and the detection limit is 2.1×10-8g/mL. The relative standard deviation is 1.8%(n=11, c=2.0×10-6g/mL). The proposed method has been applied to determine the cephradine in tablets and injections and the results are in good agreement with those obtained by a classical method.
