摘要
目的 :探讨病房护士长的管理素质与护士工作压力的相关性。方法 :采用问卷调查法对 12 5名护士进行调查 ,调查结果用相关性分析进行统计学处理。结果 :护士长的管理素质与护士工作压力呈负相关。结论
Objective: The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between the leadership ability of the head nurses and the stress of the nurse. Methods: The questionnaires were completed by 125 nurses. The co-relationship analysis was used. Results: The leadership ability of the head nurses was negatively related to the stress of the nurses.
