摘要
目的建立同时测定氟氯滴眼液中氟美松磷酸钠和氯霉素的高效液相色谱法。方法采用ZORBAX-ODS色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm);甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(55:45)为流动相;检测波长242nm。结果一次进样可同时完成两组分的含量测定。氟美松磷酸钠:线性范围为0.16~0.8g,相关系数为0.9999,加样回收率为99.9%(RSD=0.97%,n=9);氯霉素:线性范围为1.6~8g,相关系数为0.9999,加样回收率为100.0%(RSD=0.87%,n=9)。结论方法简便快捷,结果准确,适用于氟氯滴眼液的质量控制。
Objective The high performance liquid c hromatography(HPLC)method was established for the simultaneous quantitative de termination of Dexamethasone sodium phosphate and Chloramphenicol in F-Cl eye drops.Methods ZORBAX-ODS column (4.6mm×150.0mm)was used.The mobil e phase was CH 3 OH-0.05mol/L KH 2 PO 4 (55:45).The detection wavelength was242nm.Results The determinat ion of Dexamethasone sodium phosphate and Chloramphenicol in F-Cl eye drops we re accomplished simulta-neously.For Dexamethasone sodium phosphate the standar d curve was linear over the range of0.16-0.8g with the correlation coeff icient 0.9999and the average recovery rate was99.9%with the RSD0.9 7%(n=9).For Chloramphenicol the standard curve was linear over the range of1.6-8g with the correlation coefficient 0.9999and the average recov ery rate was100.0%with the RSD0.87%(n=9).Conclusion The method w as accurate,repeatable,quick,easy to operate and can be used in the qua-lity control of F-Cl eye drops.
