摘要 研究透明疏水性硅酮树脂涂覆材料的制备方法、成膜机理以及涂层的憎水和抗老化性能,并分析了涂层具有优良透气性机理.采用强紫外光照射加速老化的方法,考察水解反应用水量、反应温度、反应时间等参数对涂膜使用寿命的影响;采用分光光度计检测了涂层的透光性.结果表明:涂层中有机硅分子可与基材表面羟基紧密结合,形成网状疏水性硅酮树脂膜;经过1 000 h以上的紫外光照射后,该涂覆材料所形成的膜层仍具有很高的透明度,良好的疏水性和透气性,表现出优良的耐老化性能. A new silicone resin transparent hydrophobic coating was report. The ageing property, hydrophobic property and gas-permeability were measured. The influences of chemical reaction factors, such as the amount of water, reaction temperature and reaction time on the material film in its lifetime were investigated by UV light irradiation. The transmissivity of the film was measured by spectrophotometre. The result show: The silicone molecule in the coating can be adhere with the hydroxy group on the surface of substrate to from a network hydrophobic silicone film. After more than 1 000 h UV light irradiation, the film of this coating has high transparent property, excellent hydrophobic property, gas-permeability and good durability.
