摘要
宁波绿地中心超高层建筑高度为240m,采用带加强层的型钢混凝土框架+钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。外围框架为型钢混凝土柱+钢框架梁,核心筒底部加强区采用型钢混凝土剪力墙,加强层应用了"虚拟伸臂"概念仅设置环带桁架。核心筒东侧单片剪力墙在高区向内侧收进,采用斜墙转换来满足建筑功能。系统介绍了该工程地基基础设计、结构体系特点、抗震性能化设计原则和方法、罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析结果以及关键构件设计。
The super high-rise building of Ningbo Greenland Center with the height of 240 m adopts hybrid structural system of steel reinforced concrete( SRC) frame-reinforced concrete corewall with strengthened stories. The peripheral frame is composed of SRC columns and steel beams. SRC shearwall is used in the bottom strengthened zone of the corewall. The concept of ‘virtual outriggers' is applied in strengthened stories with belt trusses. The east single piece of shearwall of the corewall with setback in elevation in the high zone adopts inclined shearwall transfer to meet the building function. The foundation design, structural system characteristics, principles and methods of performance-based seismic design,elasto-plastic time-history analysis results under the rare earthquake and the design of key components were described systematically.
