摘要
针对高烈度地震区重点设防类建筑的加固改造与加层设计,以甘肃省天水市麦积区(8度0.3g)某钢筋混凝土框架结构商场为例,采用"外包钢板-增大构件截面-加设钢支撑"综合法对原框架结构房屋进行抗震加固,采用钢框架结构进行加层。通过对结构进行多遇地震作用下的弹性分析与罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性Pushover分析,发现采用该种加固改造、加层方法,能显著提高结构的抗震性能,且施工效率高、加固成本低。
Taking a shopping mall located in Maiji District Tianshui City Gansu Province( 8 degree,0. 3g) with reinforced concrete frame structure as an example, design for reinforcement transformation and story-adding in high-intensity earthquake region was introduced. Using the comprehensive method of outsourcing steel-enlarge member section-adding steel brace to reinforce the frame structure,steel frame structure was adopted to add stories. Through elastic analysis under frequent earthquake action and elastic-plastic Pushover analysis under rare earthquake action for the structure,seismic performance has been significantly improved due to the reinforcement transformation and story-adding method which leads to higher construction efficiency and lower cost.
