摘要
介绍了某小区二期地下室基坑及边坡设计,该工程周边地形复杂、高差变化较大,为5.8~12.35m,且与周边已建建筑物距离较近,基坑开挖对土体位移的控制要求有所差别,结合周边情况的不同分别采用了自然放坡、钻孔灌注桩排桩加支撑、土钉墙、复合锚杆挡墙,重力式挡墙等不同的支护形式,以确保基坑施工及周边建筑物的安全,结合信息化施工达到了较为理想的效果。
The design of foundation pit support and slope in the two phase of a residential area were introduced. The surrounding terrain,elevation changes 5. 8 ~ 12. 35 m,and surrounding built buildings close,requirements vary control on the displacement of soil excavation,combined with the surrounding circumstances were different uses natural grading,bored different support form row pile support,soil nailing wall,composite bolt retaining wall,so as to ensure the safety of the construction pit and the surrounding buildings,Combined with information construction and achieve more satisfactory results.
