摘要
提出一种适用于装配式混凝土结构的高性能节点连接技术,介绍了这种新型连接节点装置的构造、工作原理和优点。该连接装置具有支撑、传力、阻尼三大功能和小型化的特点:施工阶段,可为预制构件安装提供临时支撑;正常使用阶段,可提供结构传力,减小节点内力,简化构造;在地震下,利用节点耗能性能,可减小结构地震反应。采用小型化设计,最大限度减少对建筑使用空间的影响。最后对一22层装配式框架-核心筒结构进行受力性能分析。结果表明:新型连接节点的设置增强了装配式梁柱、梁墙节点的抗侧刚度,改变了节点受力模式,在小震下阻尼器提供刚度,减小结构的层间位移,在中震下阻尼器屈服耗能,降低结构的地震反应,提高了结构的抗震性能,实现了"强节点弱构件、强剪弱弯"性能要求。
A kind of high performance joint connection technology that fit for prefabricated concrete structure was proposed,and then the structure,working principle and advantages of the new type of joint connection device were introduced.The device have three functions of support,force and damping and the characteristics of miniaturization:providing temporary support for the installation of prefabricated components in the construction stage,simplifying the structure in the normal service stage,and lowering seismic response of the structure in the case of an earthquake.Further more,an overview of the miniaturization design of the device was also gived.In addition,the mechanical performance of a22 stores high frame-core tube structure was analyzed.The results indicate that the new type of joint connection device enhances the resist lateral stiffness of the assembled beam-column joints and beam-wall joints,reduces the structural displacement in a small seismic situation,and improves the seismic performance of the structure under the condition of a medium earthquake.At the end,it is concluded that the new type of joint connection device can meet the seismic design requirements,which are strengthening the joint,weakening the structure,enhancing shear resistant property,and weakening bending resistance.
