生土基块材抗折试验方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 生土基块材是生土结构的主要承重材料,而抗折强度是其重要的力学指标。由于生土材料刚度与试验支座刚度差异大,试验中参考《砌墙砖试验方法》(GB/T 2542—2012)中抗折试验,提出一种在支座处设置橡胶垫的试验方法,该方法加载装置简单,便于实施。可以有效得到生土基块材抗折强度。通过对3种不同配比、规格相同的60个240mm×115mm×90mm生土基块材进行抗折试验,对比分析支座处设置橡胶垫对试验结果的影响,对抗折强度、破坏形态等结果的离散性对比分析,引入Nair检验法和二次稳定度法,对试验结果稳定性进行分析。研究表明,支座处设置橡胶垫可使试件加载时应力分布均匀,3类试件破坏形貌上表现出较好的复演性且破坏规律基本相同。对试验结果的离散性、稳定度分析发现,结果稳定合理,可信度高,是一种合理实用的生土基块材抗折强度试验方法。 Raw soil bulk material is the main bearing material of the raw soil structure,and the flexural strength is an important mechanical index.Since the great difference in stiffness between raw soil material and the support in test,reference Test methods for wall bricks(GB/T 2542—2012) in the bending test,a test method for setting the rubber pad at the support is presented,which has simple loading device and easy to implement,can get raw soil bulk material flexural strength effectively.Through the bending test of 3 different ratio,the same specifications of 60 raw soil bulks in 240 mm ×115 mm × 90 mm,the effect of rubber pad on the test results was compared and analyzed.The contrast analysis discreteness of the results of bending strength,failure mode,the Nair test method and the two times stability methods are introduced,the stability of the test results are analyzed.The research shows that rubber pad at the supports can make the stress distribution uniform when the specimen is loaded,the 3 kinds of specimen show good recapitulation and the damage law is basically the same.Analyzing the dispersion and stability of the test results,found that the results is stable and reasonable,with high reliability,which is a reasonable and practical flexural strength test method of raw soil bulk material.
