多平面轴向加载下相贯节点的有限元分析与足尺试验研究

Finite element analysis and experimental study on welded tubular joint subjected to multi-planar axial loadings

摘要 太原火车南站候车厅屋盖钢结构中关键相贯节点的性能对结构整体工作性能影响至关重要。针对典型焊接相贯节点,在自行设计的空间加荷装置基础上,进行2个在多平面同时轴向加荷作用下的足尺节点静力试验和相应的非线性有限元分析。试验结果和有限元分析表明:选取的相贯节点具有良好的承载能力、设计安全可靠;在1.0倍设计荷载作用下,圆形截面支管G8在节点相贯区率先屈服,但其他杆件仍处于弹性受力阶段;在预先制定的加载制度前提下,节点中继续加荷杆件对持荷杆件的受力影响较大,持荷杆件应力出现波动现象,应力变化幅值最大约34.0%。 The performance of some key tubular joints in the roof steel structure for the waiting hall of Taiyuan South Railway Station has an important influence on the performance of the whole structure. Based on the space test rig designed by self,two typical welded tubular joints were performed by full size static experimental study and non-linear finite element analysis( FEA) under multi-planar axial loadings at the same time. The test results and FEA show that the typical welded tubular joint selected has better capacities,designed safely and reliability; the brace G8 with circle hollow section firstly yielded at the intersection of the brace and the member chord and the other member still remain elastic stage under 1. 0 times the designed loadings; the members kept constant loading were affected significantly by the other members under continued axial loadings on the basis of pre-set loading system,and the amplitude of the stress of the members kept constant loading varied,which up to 34. 0%.
