摘要
某高层酒店建筑属于平面不规则超限结构。根据结构的复杂情况和构件重要程度对结构超限情况进行了判别。采用性能化设计方法,确定了各类构件在不同水准地震作用下的性能目标。对结构进行了小震作用下多模型对比分析、弹性时程分析、中震不屈服、中震弹性及大震不屈服等计算分析。补充了静力弹塑性分析、楼板应力分析和罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。通过计算和设计措施,使结构满足规范要求并具有良好的抗震性能。
A high-rise hotel building belongs to out-of-code structure of plane irregularity. Based on the complexity of the structure and the importance of the component,the structural over-limit condition was judged. Performance-based design methods was used to set performance targets for various types of components under different levels of earthquakes.Multi-model comparison analysis,elastic time history analysis,unyielding and elastic analysis under precautionary earthquake and unyielding analysis under rare earthquake were studied. Elastic-plastic pushover analysis,floor’ s stress analysis and elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquake were added. Base on the measures of calculation and design,the structure meets the requirements of the specification and has a good seismic performance.
