摘要
太原远大购物中心A区A座写字楼建筑高度143.20m,主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。主要介绍了工程结构特点和超限情况,并针对超限情况提出相应的加强措施,从而保证整体结构安全可靠、经济合理。采用YJK,PMSAP和SAUSAGE多种软件对结构性能进行了多遇地震、设防地震及罕遇地震下的计算分析,补充验算了中震下核心筒剪力墙墙肢拉应力,并对局部跃层柱进行了屈曲分析。结果表明,结构设计所提出的加强措施是安全有效的,能够实现'三水准'抗震性能设计目标。
Office building a in district a of Taiyuan Yuanda Shopping Mall Center has height of 143.20 m,and its main structure adopts reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system.The characteristics of the engineering structure and the out-of-code situation were mainly introduced,and corresponding strengthening measures in view of the out-of-code situation were put forward,so as to ensure the safety,reliability and economic rationality of the overall structure.Several kinds of software such as YJK,PMSAP and SAUSAGE were used to calculate and analyze the structural performance under frequent earthquake,fortification earthquake and rare earthquake.The tensile stress of corewall shear wall under fortification earthquakes was supplemented and the buckling analysis of local cross-layer columns was carried out.The results show that the strengthening measures proposed in the structural design are safe and effective,and can achieve the performance-based seismic design goals of'three-level'.
