摘要
在海洋运输中,舰载起重机作为重要的货物转移平台,正受到越来越多的研究。作为舰载控制系统中的关键部分之一的减振控制正向着高效化和可靠化方向发展。由于海情况越来越复杂,风力和浪涛变化多端,导致舰载起重机受到了更多的振动的威胁,急需一种高性能的减振控制系统。本文基于这项需求,开发出基于模糊控制方法的减振控制方法,并对其进行数值建模,此方法具有高效性和高可靠性的特点。从仿真结果看,本控制方法的性能优越,易于推广使用。
In marine transportation,carrier crane is an important platform for the transfer of cargo,which is being studied more and more. One of the key parts of the carrier based control system is the vibration reduction control,which is developing in the direction of high efficiency and reliability. Because the Ocean condition is complex and wind or the waves is changeable,shipborne crane is faced with the threat of more vibration and in urgent need of a high performance of vibration control system. In this paper,the control method of vibration reduction based on fuzzy control is developed,and its mathematical model is developed. This method is highly efficient and reliable. From the simulation results,the performance of this control method is superior,and it is easy to be popularized and used.
