仿生水液压阀协同设计管理系统

摘要 随着绿色可再生能源的加速推进和可持续的客观要求,使得以水介质取代传统矿物油介质成为液压技术发展的重要方向,其自身也因其来源广、无污染、高安全等诸多优势,促使这项技术重新崛起。而水液压技术也因油水不同的物化特性,对液压阀的材料、结构等方面都提出了新要求。为提高优化效率及准确率、减少仿真过程中操作者的主观因素,本文针对纯水液压阀建立协同设计信息管理流程,在此基础上建立B/S结构模式下的协同系统结构及系统数据库。采用PHP、My SQL、MVC等技术,开发一种基于网络的"协同设计信息管理系统",实现权限管理、任务管理、数据管理、仿生模型库等功能。 With the acceleration of green energy and the objective requirement of sustainable development, it has become an important direction of hydraulic technology to replace the fossil oil medium with aqueous medium. Moreover, the re-emergence of water hydraulic technology also attributes to its own advantages, such as a variety of sources, environmental protection and safety, etc. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of optimization, in view of the water hydraulic valve, a collaborative optimization design process is built. And on this basis, a collaborative system structure is established in B/S structure mode, which adopts PHP, My SQL, MVC and other technologies. Eventually, a prototype system--- 'Collaborative Design Information Management System' is developed based on B/S structure model, which can achieve various functions in the collaborative optimization management.
