利用EPA技术的海上自动化监测系统设计

摘要 EPA技术是由我国自主研发并制定的工业现场通信标准,已经成功应用于医学、化工、舰船等诸多工业现场。舰船上设备参数的监控对于舰船安全运行以及发挥战斗力都具有非常重要的作用,传统的现场总线解决方案存在着管理困难、安装复杂等缺陷。本文提出使用EPA技术构建舰船自动化监测系统,进行硬件和软件设计,系统具有可靠性高、操作性好等特点,能够满足舰船自动化监测系统的要求。 EPA technology is set by the independent research and development in our country and the industrial field communication standard, has been successfully applied in medicine, chemical industry, ships, and many other industrial field. Ship equipment parameters monitoring for the safe operation of the ship and give play to the role of fighting capacity is very important, the traditional fieldbus solutions exist, installation defects such as complicated management difficulties, in this paper, on the basis of previous studies, put forward to use EPA technology automated monitoring system building ships,has carried on the design of hardware and software, system has the characteristic such as high reliability, good operation, can satisfy the requirements of the ship automation monitoring system.
