基于CAN总线技术的船舶舱室视觉监控系统研究

摘要 我国是世界上船舶数量最多的国家之一,并且船舶运输在我国经济中扮演着不可替换的角色。对船舶舱室的有效监控可以有效降低船舶运输风险、减少船员的巡查工作等。传统视觉监控方案使用485通信,存在数据传输容易错乱、系统可能会崩溃等缺点,本文提出了一种基于CAN总线技术的船舶舱室视觉监控系统,系统包括视觉监控节点、CAN总线、监控中心等,监控节点以DSP 28335为核心,对硬件电路进行了详细设计,并给出了几种硬件的抗干扰措施。 China is one of the countries with the largest number of ships in the world, and ship transportation plays an irreplaceable role in our economy. The effective monitoring of ship cabin can effectively reduce the risk of ship transportation and reduce the crew's inspection. Traditional visual monitoring scheme using the 485 communication, is easy to confusion, data transmission system may collapse and so on shortcomings, this paper proposes a technique of ship cabin visual monitoring system based on CAN bus, including visual monitoring system nodes, CAN bus and the monitoring center, monitoring node 28335 DSP as the core, the detailed design of hardware circuit, and gives several hardware anti-jamming measures.
