摘要 舰船自动化一直是船舶工业的发展重点,随着控制技术和自动化设备的进步,传统的船舶机械式设备逐渐被取代,不仅提高了船舶主要系统的运行效率,更提高了船舶的可操作性和安全性。Labview程序控制平台是美国NI公司开发的一种新型可编程控制平台,具有可靠性高、集成程度高、灵活性强等优点,目前在小型工业系统、实验设备等方面应用广泛。船舶主机是其动力来源,主机的正常运行具有重要的意义,为了提高船舶主机的运行安全性,本文开发了一种基于labview平台的船舶主机机旁监控装置,并详细介绍了该监控装置的原理和Labview程序设计过程。 Ship automation has been the focus of development of shipbuilding industry, with the progress of control technology and automation equipment, mechanical equipment, the traditional ship gradually replaced, not only improve the efficiency of ship main system, improve the operability and safety of the ship. Labview process control platform is a new type of programmable control platform developed by NI company in America, has the advantages of high reliability, high integration degree, strong flexibility, is widely used in small industrial system, experimental equipment etc.. The ship main engine is the power source, has significance for the normal operation of the host, in order to improve the operation safety of the ship, this paper developed a monitoring device based on Labview platform by ship main engine, and introduces the principle and procedure of Lab VIEW design process of the monitoring device.
