摘要
为解决船舶主机供油单元耗油量过高、单位供油实控性较差等问题,提出嵌入式系统技术下船舶主机供油单元的控制方法。通过微处理器选择、AI供油模块设计2个步骤,完成嵌入式船舶系统的主机供油单元模块划分。在此基础上,通过Levinson供油量预测、供油管路环量计算、实际供油控制参数确定3个步骤,完成船舶主机供油单元的控制方法研究,实现嵌入式系统技术下船舶主机供油单元的控制分析。对比实验结果表明,与现有技术手段相比,应用新型船舶主机供油单元控制方法后,单位供油实控性提升40%,单元耗油量得到有效控制。
In order to solve the problems of high fuel consumption and poor actual control of unit fuel supply of marine main engine, the control method of marine main engine fuel supply unit based on embedded system technology is proposed.Through the selection of microprocessor and the design of AI fuel supply module, the module division of the main engine fuel supply unit of the embedded ship system is completed. On this basis, through three steps of Levinson fuel supply forecasting, fuel pipeline circulation calculation and actual fuel supply control parameters determination, the control method research of marine main engine fuel supply unit is completed, and the control analysis of marine main engine fuel supply unit under embedded system technology is realized. The experimental results show that, compared with the existing technical means, the new control method of marine main engine fuel supply unit can improve the actual control of unit fuel supply by40%, and the unit fuel consumption can be effectively controlled.
