摘要
针对推力轴承小型化设计需求,在船舶轴系主推力轴承中引入金属塑料推力瓦,建立推力轴承实验台对其进行大载荷试验,研究弹性金属塑料瓦在船舶推进轴系领域适用性能和承压能力。试验研究结果表明:应用弹性金属塑料瓦可大幅提高推力轴承设计比压,在比压高达6.6 MPa、瓦面温度高达160℃时,推力轴承仍可正常工作。研究中形成的数据对于船舶推力轴承弹性金属塑料瓦的设计、使用具有工程指导意义。
Due to the design requirements of ships thrust bearing miniaturization, the elastic-metal-plastic pad was introduced in designing thrust bearing. A large-scale reliability test-bed of thrust bearing was built to study the performance of elastic-metal-plastic pad on ships thrust bearing. The result shows that: the comprehensive performance of elastic-metalplastic pad is superior to babbitt-metal thrust pad. Ships thrust bearing is still working normally under the pressure of 6.6 MPa and temperature of 160 ℃ by installing elastic-metal-plastic pad. All the data of this research will be helpful in the design and operation of ships thrust bearing elastic-metal-plastic pad.
