锯齿型翅片流动均匀性数值分析

摘要 作为舰船保障系统的一部分,舰船空调的强化换热具有重要意义。板翅式换热器层间翅片通道流动不均匀直接影响换热器的换热效率,本文以锯齿型翅片为例,研究了在不同入口雷诺数情况下,不同的入口流动不均匀条件对锯齿型翅片流动的影响。研究结果表明:当入口有±25%的整体不均匀时,在流动方向上经过5个翅片几何周期后通道流动整体均匀性小于5%,基本上达到均匀流动,同时通道流动的不均匀对压降影响不大。 As an important part of the ship guarantee system, improvements in heat transfer enhancement is significant to ship air conditioning. The flow uniformity of fin channel in plate-fin heat exchanger directly affects the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchangers. The inlet flow uniformity influence on offset strip fins with different Re numbers is discussed in this paper. The results show that flow uniformity become less than 5% after five geometric cycles with 25% inlet flow uniformity difference and the flow uniformity has little influence on pressure drop.
