摘要
传统的断路器瞬动脱扣故障自动校验方法存在校验延时长的缺陷,为此提出舰船框架式断路器瞬动脱扣故障自动校验方法研究。采用红外热像仪装置对断路器红外图像进行采集,利用加权平均法与中值、均值结合滤波分别对断路器红外图像进行灰度化处理与消噪处理,采用K均值聚类算法对处理好的断路器红外图像进行分割,得到断路器瞬动脱扣目标区域,对其特征值进行计算,与断路器瞬动脱扣故障特征值进行比较校验,实现了对舰船框架式断路器瞬动脱扣故障的自动校验。实验结果表明,提出的断路器瞬动脱扣故障自动校验方法的校验延时比传统方法少了3 s,说明提出的断路器瞬动脱扣故障自动校验方法具备较高的有效性。
The traditional automatic checking method for instantaneous tripping fault of circuit breaker has the defect of long checking delay. Therefore, an automatic checking method for instantaneous tripping fault of ship frame circuit breaker is proposed. The infrared image of circuit breaker is collected by infrared thermal imager. The infrared image of circuit breaker is grayed and denoised by weighted average method combined with median and mean filtering. The processed infrared image of circuit breaker is segmented by K-means clustering algorithm, and the instantaneous tripping target area of circuit breaker is obtained. The eigenvalues of the target area are calculated. By comparing the characteristic values of the instantaneous tripping faults of circuit breakers, the automatic checking of the instantaneous tripping faults of ship frame circuit breakers is realized. The experimental results show that the verification delay of the proposed method is 3 s less than that of the traditional method, which shows that the proposed method is highly effective.
