摘要
某型舰炮采用内能源转管自动机,弹鼓式供弹系统,本文利用CAD仿真软件,建立其供弹系统的虚拟样机模型,采用多体系统动力学的方法模拟舰炮实际工作时受冲击的过程,并进行动力学仿真分析,得到弹鼓角速度、扭矩曲线和齿轮之间的啮合力曲线,为该舰炮供弹系统的优化设计提供了理论依据。采用弹鼓阻力矩及运动状态测试系统、弹鼓运动控制系统、炮弹运动及加速度存储测试系统、数据采集及分析系统搭建弹鼓运动阻力检测装置。通过弹鼓运动阻力参数检测装置对射击过程中弹鼓运动速度、输入扭矩等参数进行采样测试,验证了仿真计算结果。
The naval gun involves a self-power rotating-tubes automaton and a shell-drum feeding system.A virtual prototype model of its shell-feeding system was established based on CAD simulation software.The multi-body system dynamics method is used to simulate the impact process of naval gun in actual work.The characteristic curves of angular velocity and angular acceleration of shell-drum and meshing force of gears were obtained by dynamic simulation of the virtual prototype.The results provide theories basis for the design,improvement and adjusted of shell-feeding system for the naval gun.The drums resistance detection device is set up by using the testing system of the resistance moment of the drum and the motion state test system,the missile drum motion control system,the projectile motion and the acceleration storage test system,and the data acquisition and analysis system.The sampling and output of the parameters,such as the angular velocity of the shell-feeding system and the input torque during the shooting process is carried out by the testing device,and the results of the simulation calculation are verified.
