摘要 为了实现船舶辅助机械自动化控制,在油轮或者是透平机船中采用辅助机械,始终是船舶轮机技术与自动化技术的研究重点。究其原因,此控制与船舶辅助机械设备的运行效率与效能存在直接关联,同样与其运行安全可靠性紧密联系。近年来,传统的控制系统已经很难满足现代船舶对于辅助机械控制的实际需求,所以实现计算机化十分有必要。将可编程序控制器,即PLC应用于其中,能够为更好地实现计算机化提供必要帮助。为此,本文将重点阐述船舶辅助机械自动化控制当中的PLC技术具体应用。 In order to realize the automatic control of ship auxiliary machinery,the use of auxiliary machinery in oil tankers or turbines is always the focus of research on marine engine technology and automation technology.The reason is that this control is directly related to the operational efficiency and efficiency of the ship’s auxiliary machinery and equipment,and is also closely related to its operational safety and reliability.In recent years,the traditional control system has been difficult to meet the actual needs of modern ships for auxiliary machinery control,so it is necessary to realize computerization.Applying a programmable controller,PLC,can provide the necessary assistance for better computerization.To this end,the following will focus on the specific application of PLC technology in the automatic control of ship auxiliary machinery.
