高龄患者行经皮穿刺椎体成形术的护理 被引量：85

Nursing of percutaneous vertebroplasty in aged patients

摘要 目的 :总结高龄患者行经皮穿刺椎体成形术的护理特点和注意事项。方法 :12例高龄患者在C型臂X线机透视引导下接受了经皮穿刺椎体成形术。术前进行体位耐受能力评估 ,术后监测生命体征 ,卧硬板床 12h ,指导进行康复训练。结果 :本组均顺利完成手术 ,手术疗效显著 ,在住院期间未发生护理并发症。结论 :经皮穿刺椎体成形术前、术后的周到护理是使高龄患者安全、顺利接受手术的重要保证。
