摘要
设计了可实现风机叶片静力加载的电液控制系统,对两种控制方案——比例调压方案和变频调速方案——进行了数学建模和理论分析,指出叶片等效刚度对系统的动态性能有直接的影响。在此基础上采用了PID控制器对两种控制方案进行了理论研究和试验对比,证明了比例溢流阀调压方案的动态性能不能满足加载的控制要求,而变频调速方案能较好地实现叶片加载控制,保证了特定阶段的加载精度。
An electro-hydraulic control system that can realize wind turbine blade static load control was designed,and the mathematical models of two schemes--pressure adjusting and velocity adjusting were built and theoretically analyzed.The direct impact of the blade's equivalent stiffness on the system's dynamic performance was pointed out based on the analysis.A comparative test of the two control schemes was conducted with PID controller adopted in the control system.The test results show that the dynamic performance of the proportional relief valve adopted in the pressure adjusting scheme cannot meet the loading control requirements and the velocity adjusting scheme can achieve better loading control to ensure the accuracy of a particular stage in the loading process.
