摘要
机床床身作为机械加工设备的重要组成部件和基础部件,其静态特性和动态特性直接影响着机械加工设备的加工精度及其工作稳定性。以某经济型数控车床的床身为研究对象,联合运用三维实体造型软件Pro/E和大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对研究对象进行模态分析和结构拓扑优化,再结合实地测量实验数据对此经济型数控车床的床身结构进行优化并确定合理的床身结构,为同类型数控设备的设计与制造提供理论依据与参考。
Important components of the machine bed as equipment and fundamentals,static and dynamic characteristics directly affect the precision and job stability. Economical CNC lathe with a bed as a research object,the use of Pro / E and ANSYS to study the modal analysis and topology optimization,combined with the measured data for CNC lathe bed to optimize the structure and determine a reasonable bed structure,provide a theoretical basis and reference for the design and manufacture of machine tools.
