双下肢动脉硬化远端动脉的影像特点的研究 被引量:129

摘要 目的 探讨双侧下肢动脉硬化的影像学特点。方法 回顾性地分析了Austin医学中心的 2 86例病人的双下肢远端流出道动脉的血管造影 ,并应用“分数”对每个病人进行评估。结果 双下肢分数之差 ,Ⅰ型 ( 0~ 3分 ) 2 0 8例 ( 72 7% ) ,Ⅱ型 ( 4~ 9分 ) 6 3例 ( 2 2 % ) ,Ⅲ型 (≥ 10分 ) 15例 ( 5 3 % ) ,各型差别有非常显著的意义。糖尿病与非糖尿病比较 ,经 χ2 检验差异无明显意义 (P >0 0 5 )。性别比较 ,经 χ2 检验差异无明显意义 (P >0 0 5 )。年龄比较 ,经 χ2 检验差异无明显意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 无论是糖尿病或是非糖尿病病人 ,其双下肢的动脉硬化均是对称性发展。无论是男性或是女性 ,都具有这种对称性发展的特点 ;而且这种特点是不随着年龄的变化而变化。 Objective To explore the angiogram characteristic of lower extremity arterosclerosis. Methods Retrospectively analyzed distal outflow arterial angiogram data of 286 cases bilateral lower limbs at the Austin & Repatriation Medical Centre. And evaluated the data using our new scoring system.Results According to the score difference between bilateral lower limbs,there were 208 cases (72.7%) in type Ⅰ (0~3 scores),63 cases (22%) in type Ⅱ (4~9 scores),15 cases in type Ⅲ(≥10 scores).There was significant difference among the 3 types(P<0.05).The score did not relate to diabetes,sex and age(P>0.05).Conclusion Development of bilateral lower extremity arteriosclerosis is symmetry, not only patients with diabetes but also patients without diabetes had this characteristic.However,male and female also have this characteristic.And the characteristic have no change with different age.
