摘要
目的:评价尼龙丝加复合树脂牙周夹板和超强玻璃纤维加流动树脂牙周夹板在前牙松牙固定术中的临床效果。方法:临床完成两种牙周夹板治疗后,观察即刻效果和1-3年的随访结果。结果:超强玻璃纤维牙周夹板在即刻临床效果中的舒适度、满意度和随访结果均高于尼龙丝加复合树脂牙周夹板(P<0.05)。结论:两种牙周夹板均可有效的保存松动患牙,超强玻璃纤维牙周夹板组在美观、舒适和近期临床观察均优于尼龙丝加复合树脂牙周夹板组。
Objective: To evaluate effects of the nylon composite resin periodontal splint(NCR) and the fiber-reinforced composite periodontal splint(FRC) on fixing the labial loosen teeth. Methods: The clinical effects of the two kinds of periodontal splints were compared immediatly and after 1 -3 years. Results: The effects in the group of the FRC periodontal splint was significantly better than that in the group of the NCR periodontal splint (P<0.05). Conclusion: The two kinds of periodontal splint both were effective in preserving loosen teeth. The effects in the group of the FCR was significantly better than that in the group of the NCR.
