摘要
目的介绍我院注射用质子泵抑制剂预防应激性溃疡合理用药管理的方法及成效。方法采取制定管理标准、每月专项点评并严格处罚的方法管理。结果医院注射用质子泵抑制剂临床不合理用药情况明显改善。结论采用此方式进行合理用药管控,措施得力,成效显著。
Objective To introduce methods and effects of rational use of proton pump inhibitor injection for preventing stress gastric ulcer. Methods Management standards were formulated,specific prescription evaluation was conducted and strict measures of punishment were taken. Results Irrational use of proton pump inhibitor injection for preventing stress gastric ulcer was curbed effectively. Conclusion These measures for rational use of drugs have achieved good effects.
