摘要
将环氧丙烷聚醚与四氢呋喃聚醚共混 ,研制出共混聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体 .通过选择不同共混比 ,研究了其对共混聚氨酯结构、物理机械性能、动态力学性能以及聚氨酯溶液流变性能的影响 ,结果表明 ,环氧丙烷聚醚的加入可以提高聚氨酯的加工性能和耐低温性 .
In this paper, a blending polyether-based polyurethane elastomer was synthesized by blending two polyethers and polyterahydrofuran. The effects of the blending ratio of the two polyethers on the microstructure, the mechanical properties of the polyurethane and the flow behaviors of the solution of the elastomer were also investigated. The results show that the addition of polyoxypropylene into the system can improve the processing behavior and enhance the low-temperature endurance of the elastomer.
