摘要
系统考察了强酸性阳离子交换树脂对高浓度焦化废水中氨氮的吸附行为 实验结果表明:在静态条件下,树脂对焦化废水中氨氮的吸附量为13 3mg/g树脂,对氨氮的最大吸附率为90 87%;在动态实验条件下,当废水流速为0 139~1.667mL/s,氨氮吸附率大于97%时,树脂对氨氮的最大吸附量大于2 5mg/g树脂 失效的树脂用0 5mol/L稀硫酸再生后,可连续使用 在本文条件下,树脂连续再生10次。
The absorptive effects of strong acidic ion exchange resin on high concentration NH3N in cocking wastewater were investigated.The results indicated that the absorbing capacity and absorbility of the resin were 13.3 mg/g resin and 90.87% under the static experimental conditions.Under the dynamic state conditions,the absorbing capacity of the resin was 2.5 mg/g resin while wastewater flow rate was 0.139~1.667 mL/s and the absorbility of the resin was 97%.The resin can be regenerated using H2SO4 after losing effectiveness.Under our experimental conditions,the absorption behavior was not changed after regenerated for 10 times.
