摘要
目的分析小切口行甲状腺切除术的临产特点。方法对采用小切口甲状腺切除术治疗的36例良性甲状腺疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果36例患者手术均获得成功,术后1例出现饮水呛咳,在3天内恢复。随访2～35个月,未见复发。术后患者对颈部切口的愈合均较满意,手术效果理想。结论小切口甲状腺切除术安全可行,创伤小,并发症少,不需要特殊器械,可以在基层医院推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of thyroidectomy under little incision.Methods:The clinical data of of 36 patients with benign thyroid disease who undergone the thyroidectomy under little incision were analyzed retrospectively.Results: All the 36 operations were accomplished successfully,only 1 case occurred transient dysphagia after operation,and recovered to normal after 3 days.During a follow-up period from 2 months to 35 months,36 patients had no recurrence.Conclusion: Thyroidectomy under little incision is safe and feasible,and worthy to be further popularized in primary hospitals.
