摘要
相位噪声是影响微波光链路性能的参数之一。为了优化微波光链路的相位噪声,需推导相位噪声的理论模型。本文基于外调制微波光链路对链路相位噪声进行建模,并分析噪声系数、调制器的偏置点对微波光链路相位噪声的影响,利用matlab编程软件对该模型进行仿真,并通过实验验证该模型对相位噪声的优化具有指导意义。
Phase noise is one of parameter affected the performance of microwave optical link.In order to optimize the phase noise of microwave optical link,the theory model of the output signal phase was proposed.And the paper analyze the effects of noise figure and bias point of external modulator for the phase noise of microwave optic link based on external modulator technology,and simulate the theory model by matlab software.the result of the experiments turn out that the theory model is validated.
