摘要
针对传统的医用激光相机设备故障检测系统,普遍存在着检测准确度较低、完成时间较长、成本消耗较大等问题。设计一种基于故障树分析法的故障快速检测系统。采用故障树分析原理,找出医用激光相机设备可能出现故障的状态,对整个医用激光相机设备进行故障检测,确定了医用激光相机潜在的设计缺陷和危险,医用激光相机设备故障检测系统,利用虚拟仪器理念原则进行设计,所有故障检测资源都由计算机统一管理,根据检测需求对检测资源进行合理分配,实现了对医用激光相机设备开关电源、医学影像控制功能、抓片机构控制功能、激光打印功能、胶片传动功能、自动冲洗功能等进行故障检测。测试结果表明,所设计系统故障检测准确度较高、完成时间较短、成本消耗较少。
Aiming at the traditional medical laser camera equipment fault detection system,there are generally problems such as low detection accuracy,long completion time and large cost.A fault detection system based on fault tree analysis is designed.Use the principle of fault tree analysis to find out the state of possible failure of medical laser camera equipment,carry out the fault detection for the entire medical laser camera equipment,and determine the potential design flaws and dangers of medical laser cameras.Medical laser camera equipment fault detection system is designed by the principle of virtual instrument concept.All the fault detection resources are managed by computer and allocated reasonably according to detection requirements,which realize the switching power supply for medical laser camera equipment,medical image control function,grasping mechanism control function,laser printing function,film driving function,automatic flush function,etc.The test results show that the designed system has higher fault detection accuracy,shorter completion time and less cost.
