Fluorescence detection of Pb S infrared quantum dots

摘要 胶质红外量子点尺寸调谐灵活、光学性能优异,但在有机溶剂中的分散形态使其在实际应用中极易受限,因此本文研究其稳定可靠的应用形态,建立实验系统,对胶质PbS量子点制成荧光薄膜后的出射荧光强度进行检测与分析,结果表明,激发光垂直入射薄膜样品时,其反射荧光大于透射荧光,且反射、透射荧光均在激发光轴线方向达到最强,向偏离轴线两侧逐渐减弱;同时,荧光强度随激发光强的增大而增大,增加幅度与探测角度有关,在入射光轴方向最大,逐渐向两侧减小,至偏离轴线±40°后基本不变;上述规律对不同浓度和分布的量子点薄膜基本一致。 The colloidal infrared quantum dots have excellent optical performance,and its size can be flexibly tuned.The colloidal quantum dots are difficult to be used as its distribution in organic solvent,thus we need to study its stable and reliable application forms.In this paper,we establish an experimental system to detect and analyze the fluorescence intensity of PbS quantum dot films.The results show that the reflected fluorescence of the sample is greater than the transmitted fluorescence when the excitation light is vertically incident on the film sample.The fluorescence intensity is strongest in the direction of the excitation axis and gradually decreases as deviating from both sides of the axis.And the degree of fluorescence intensity increase with the intensity of the excitation light is related to the detection angle.This enhancement is greatest in the direction of the optical axis and gradually decreases to both the two sides,and then remains the same when detection angle is greater than 40°.What mentioned above is basically consistent with different samples.
