手持式半导体激光测距瞄具的光学系统设计 被引量:1

Design of optical system for handheld semiconductor laser ranging sight

摘要 被测目标与激光测距瞄具的瞄准精度,直接影响其测距的性能,为了提高瞄具的测距精度,其中优化瞄具的光学系统设计是关键环节,为此提出了一种手持式半导体激光测距仪的瞄具光学设计方案,将激光发射与激光接收进行优化,实现瞄准光路与激光发收光路共轴,以提高测距精度、减小光学系统的体积和重量;同时,为了减少内部光噪声干扰,需要增加偏振滤光片。进而运用光学自动设计软件ZEMAX对瞄具光学系统进行优化设计。理论分析与实验结果表明:原理样机的体积和重量减小约三分之二;测距范围为100~2 000 m,测距误差为±2 m,满足预期需求。本设计为增强激光测距瞄具的瞄准性能、减小体积和重量提供了值得借鉴的解决方案。 The aiming accuracy of the measured target and the laser range finder directly affects its ranging performance.In order to improve the ranging accuracy of the sighting device,optimizing the optical system design of the sighting device is the key link.Therefore,a kind of optical design scheme of the sighting device of the hand-held semiconductor laser range finder is proposed,which optimizes the laser transmitting and receiving,and realizes the common aiming optical path with the laser transmitting and receiving optical path.In order to improve the aiming accuracy and reduce the volume and weight of the optical system,a polarization filter is needed to reduce the interference of internal light noise.Then the optimum design of the optical system of the sight is carried out by using the optical automatic design software ZEMAX.The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the volume and weight of the prototype are reduced by about two-thirds;the ranging range is from 100 to 2000 m,and the ranging error is±2 m,meeting the expected demand.This design provides a valuable solution to enhance the aiming performance,reduce the volume and weight of laser range finder.
