摘要 采用机械破碎与氢破碎和氮化处理方法制得了Sm_2Fe_(17)N_x化合物粉末和粉末压结体,研究了金属钐含量。过渡族元素(M=Co、Cr、V、Zr)部分取代铁对粉末压结体磁性能的影响和Sm_2Fe_(17)N_x化合物的稳定性。结果表明,铬能显著提高粉末的矫顽力,而钒能够改善退磁曲线方形度。低于600℃Sin_2(Fe_(1-y) M_y _(17)N_x粉末在真空、氩气、氮气中是稳定的;高于600℃Sm_2Fe_(17)N_x化合物将发生分解。 Sm_2 (Fe_1-M_y)_(17)N_x (M=Cr Co V Zr) compounds have been made by nitriding the annealed Sm_2(Fe_(1_y)M_v)_(17) powders obtained through mechanical crushing and subsequently hydrogen decrepitating. The effects of Samarium contents and transition metal M (M=Co Cr V Zr) for Fe on the magnetic properties and thermal stabilities of Sm_2Fe_(17)N_x have been studied. The experimental results show that Cr and V can significantly raise the coercivities and improve the squareness of the demagnetization curves of the powder compacts respectively. It is also found that Sm_2(Fe_(1-y)M_y)_(17)N_x compound povrders are stable under vacuum argon or aitrogen atmosphere below 600℃.
